Phil Bloor has over fifteen years of EIA experience of which nearly ten years have included impact assessments from wind farms. Up until 2010, Phil worked for nine years in the UK Department of Energy and Climate Change as an environmental expert in the consenting of renewable energy projects. He provided advice on assessing impacts from energy projects to industry, consultants and government ministers. He was also involved in numerous working groups in the UK and Europe providing guidance on impact assessments. Since leaving the Government department Phil has been working in consultancy providing guidance and support on impact assessments to numerous wind farm projects for both onshore and offshore developments. Phil has specific expertise in assessing potential ornithological, bat and marine mammal impacts from wind farms.
Having worked for both the consenting regulator and as an environmental consultant, Phil has experience and knowledge in the requirements for undertaking EIAs and the necessary surveys required supporting them.

SMC- Specialist Marine Consultants
SMC supply marine co-ordinators, QHSE advisors and vessel and safety auditors, and offer services such as offshore wind construction management including lifting operations and marine navigation assessments. Nathalie has worked with Ian Coates the Company Director for more than 10 years, covering a variety of marine projects but most recently on vessel and safety audits for Teesside Wind Farm and marine safety advice and training. SMC also carry out fisheries liaison and Nathalie has worked closely with SMC ( and its predecessors RSS, and allied company DSML) for many years on fisheries liaison for offshore wind farms and marine engineering projects.

AB Heritage is a professional Archaeological Consultancy, providing planning advice to minimise project risk associated with Archaeology and the Historic Environment.
