All Consents are complicated, but this project (the Aberdeen Offshore Windfarm) had some additional factors making it more difficult. Nathalie’s efforts as Project Manager, both personally and leading the team, to get past these objections and obstacles has resulted in a successful award of Consent and the groundwork for the project to move into the next phase. Would recommend her as a valueable asset to any project which is going through the same process.

What Nathalie doesn’t know about offshore wind farm development, well it’s questionable if it’s worth knowing.

“Nathalie took a significant part of the development phase of the Teesside offshore project during the consenting and preconstruction phase. She has managed very efficiently the relationship with a lot of stakeholders (crown estate, fishermen, technical service providers, local stakeholders…). Her strong experience as a consultant has been particularly helpful to manage the environmental and technical studies along the development. Furthermore, she has been involved in the post consent activities including FEED studies, negotiations with WTG suppliers (supply and O&M) and balance of plant contractors, O&M plan for the 25 years asset life. Her commitment to the project , her team spirit and her professionalism have been essential to lead to the investment approval of the Teesside offshore wind farm.”
